Biltech Building Elements is the largest producer of AAC in India, controlling over 40% of market with a capacity of over 8.40 lacs cu.m. p.a. The firm is supplying its AAC product to the all the reputed builders of Nagpur, such as Godrej Properties, Concrete Builders, JP Constructions, Harmony Homes to name a few.
The firm, M/s. Harmony Sales, is complete one-stop shop for the contemporary structural constructions. It is also engaged into marketing of thin-bed mortar (i.e. AAC blocks joint-chemical) manufactured by Weber, a Saint-Gobin Group unit and plaster solution by Gyproc, another Saint-Gobin Group unit.
Niranjan Ranka
Niranjan has done his Engineering in Computer science from Government Engineering College Nanded and has 16 years of rich experience in project design and planning. Niranjan is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Harmony Homes, a very fast and innovative company. He was earlier working for QAD Inc. in California USA, catering to builders, developers and contractors to design, plan, judge usability, estimate cost and execute the construction projects. Apart from overall execution, he will also look after the technical and engineering aspects of the project.
Prabhudas Vyas
Prabhudas has done his MBA in Marketing from Nagpur University and having rich experience of 10+ years in real estate development business. He is also proprietor of Harmony Sales. Thus having a real estate background as well as distributorship for Building Materials gives an inherent advantage to Mr. Vyas to market the product in central India.
